  I want to give prop's to Heather, a store employee of Mr. Wheelchair. I was visiting New Orleans with my wife and mother. My mother uses a Jazzy Jet 20 for mobility assistance. While in town the rains were very heavy and the rear casters/wheels came apart, rendering the chair useless. I called Heather, she took the serial number, & found suitable replacement wheels at a fair price. When I went to the store to get them she even came outside of the store and assisted me with installing the replacement casters/wheels. The kind of service she provided is rare nowadays.
